Born and raised in Sacramento, I have always had a passion for helping others feel their best. After a rewarding career in plastic surgery, I made the transition to orthodontics, where I found my true calling. I take great joy in watching each patient’s confidence grow as their smiles transform throughout treatment. It is incredibly fulfilling to be part of this journey and witness the positive impact a beautiful smile can have on someone’s life. Outside of work, I truly cherish the time I spend with my husband and son. We love exploring the great outdoors, often going camping to create lasting memories beneath the starts. I also enjoy cooking delicious meals, reading, and expressing my creativity through knitting and crocheting. I grew up in Palos Verdes and moved to Sacramento in 1993. After marrying my husband in 1995, we’ve enjoyed raising our two daughters together.
With over 40 years of experience in the orthodontic field, I am proud to be part of Dr. DeLurgio’s team. I enjoy getting to know our patients and value the relationships we build. Witnessing the transformations in their smiles is truly rewarding. In my spare time, I like exploring the outdoors with my family, trying out new recipes, and diving into a good book. I was raised in the Bay Area and moved to Sacramento to join the DeLurgio Orthodontics team. With over 19 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, I am passionate about orthodontics and the positive impact it has on our patients. As a mother of five, my family is my greatest joy. I cherish our time together, whether we’re enjoying outdoor adventures or relaxing at home. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care and excited to contribute to our patients’ journeys toward beautiful, confident smiles. I have had the pleasure of working in orthodontics for the past 4 years, where I’ve truly enjoyed interacting with the diverse range of patients I meet each day. These interactions fuel my passion for dental care and motivate my aspirational goal of becoming an orthodontist in the future. Outside of work, I love to bake and explore new coffee shops, always looking for the perfect cup of coffee to complement a relaxing day.
With 25 years of customer service experience and a background in Marketing and Business Development, I bring a passion for creating positive experiences for our patients. My goal is to ensure everyone feels valued and cared for throughout their orthodontic journey. Connecting with patients and making their visits enjoyable is incredibly rewarding, and I take great pride in witnessing the transformation of smiles and the confidence it brings. Outside of work, traveling – especially to the beach – and hiking to explore nature’s beauty are some of my favorite activities.
